Postage Information

For domestic shipments the Carriers we use are DHL, Fastway, TNT or Business Post.

Carriage is paid on Orders over £250.

Orders between £200 - £250 will be subject to a nominal flat rate delivery charge of £3.50 or usually less at our discretion.

Carriage on orders under £200 will be charged at the Royal Mail standard rate if cheaper than our carriers. Here again, carriage may be subsidised at our discretion.

These prices are subject to change if carriage costs rise significantly. All our orders are sent with our carriers next day delivery service unless requested otherwise or under special circumstances.

International orders are welcomed with payment by Bank Transfer and full carriage charges paid by the customer. We will be happy to quote for carriage if customer desires or customer may arrange shipment.

We aim to fill your order within the week it is placed, but at very busy periods this can extend into the next week. It may be possible to obtain an express service within a day or two at no extra cost if so requested. So please ask if your order is urgent.
