Terms and conditions under which your order is accepted.

Credit Terms & Payment

a) Unless paying pro-forma a ‘Credit Application’ form must be filled out and a 30 day credit period will be granted on acceptance, unless agreed otherwise.
b) Until full payment has been received, all goods supplied remain the Property of ‘Key Attraction Ltd’.
c) Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at 1.5% per month.

Delivery

a) No claim of any kind will be accepted for non-fulfilment or late delivery of your order.
b) When due to late delivery, goods are no longer required, you must contact us for instruction, and not return them without our consent.
c) Where goods are found to be faulty, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order, quoting the order number.
d) Where goods are found to be damaged, missing or tampered with, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can register a claim with the carrier. No claim can be made unless goods are signed for as ‘unexamined’.
e) To ensure efficient service, it may occasionally become necessary to effect a product substitution or variation. All queries relating to this must be received by us within seven days of delivery.

Prices

a) Your order will be accepted and processed based on the prices stated on the order form or agreed otherwise in writing, unless due to currency fluctuations, new duties or government edicts, the value becomes too great to absorb, in which case a higher price will be set and your order processed accordingly.
b) No claim can be made for errors in pricing or product description on the order form.
c) Carriage will be paid on UK orders over £250, £500 on orders to N & S Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands.
d) In the event that the customer goes into liquidation, the Director/s will be held personally liable for any unrecovered debts.

Disclaimer

In the event of any claim against us in respect of any matter whatsoever, our liability, if any, shall be limited to replacement of the goods sold by us, in respect of which the liability arises. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall we be liable for any consequential damage or loss arising.
